Told you I was dragging my heels with packing...wonder what else I can do to stall for time????

This time, I'm sharing a card made for Winnie And Walter's 1st Birthday Bash~Collage Challenge with Laura, who inspired us with these beautiful images...





and City Crafters' Challenge #244~Winter White, where we're invited to use mostly white, with some touches of neutrals or pastels.

Oooooooh that is spectacular!! Are you aware of my undying love for birch trees?? Well this card speaks to me with those lovely embossed birch trees and the little paint chip peeking out from the sides. Yes I saw that:) and it works SO wonderfully!! Beautiful wintery card!! Oh my what a lovely winter card Carol! I love the birch tree embossing folder and gosh I am loving those paint chips underneath peeking out! Such beautiful colors, such a beautiful card! I sighed in pure, utter, and complete delight when I saw this beauty!! The paint chips look so perfect behind those trees!! And I love the way the word appears to be softly sponged!! This is truly magnificent, my friend!!! Sorry about my last email - I decided to get over myself and just be real!!!
And REALLY this made me sigh, then gasp and then utter "Carol's a genius"!!!! Keep up with the marvelous and super creative contributions you are making to me and the world!!!

Stunning! Elegant! Serene! Paint chips have never looked better! What an incredibly clever interpretation! The wee pop of aqua/mint green totally works to create the same 'ethereal' feel of the inspiration photo.

I want that kitchen!

I spy more paint chips :D And next to purple, mint is my other fav color (guess how my wardrobe looks like). Love the embossing and the simple sentiment. It gives a really nice, wintery vibe and love the clean look.
